Bentonite Clay, Activated Charcoal, Cayenne Pepper & Slippery Elm Powders

CAYENNE is a POWERFUL and PURE Stimulant, having NO Narcotic Effect, increasing the POWER of the Pulse and carrying the Blood to ALL parts of the Body, plus EQUALIZING and RESTORING the BALANCE of Circulation throughout the Body!

Cayenne is a Hemostat, ARRESTING the flow of Blood from a Cut or Wound in SECONDS and a Cardiac Tonic, HELPING to REBUILD the Heart. It is an Antiseptic, KILLING Pathogens and a Counter-Irritant, helping to RELIEVE Pain. And Cayenne is a Stomachic, HELPING to DIGEST Foods and a Carminative, HELPING to EXPEL Gas.

TO STOP Bleeding from a wound: Immediately pack wound with cayenne pepper or tincture..the blood will clot within seconds! Pack wound with cayenne and cover with a dressing. Rinse daily and repack with cayenne. IN 2-3 days it will look as if you have had stitches and the cayenne will turn black in the wound. This is normal. Keep covered and wound will heal with no scarring. INTERNAL BLEEDING: Mix 1-2 tsp in a cup of water and drink. For strokes and heart attacks immediately give 1-3 droppersfull of cayenne tincture or cayenne powder in water.

Nosebleeds: A teaspoon of cayenne in a cup of water (hot preferred) taken internally will stop most nosebleeds quickly. Usually before you can count to ten.

A wound, external or internal, will stop bleeding if the individual will drink a cup of water (preferably hot) with a teaspoon of cayenne pepper (red pepper) stirred into it. The bleeding will stop generally by the time a person can count up to ten after drinking the cayenne tea. The cayenne equalizes the blood pressure from the top of the head to the feet. This keeps the pressure from the hemorrhage area so it will clot naturally, which it cannot do with heavy blood pressure pumping the blood rapidly at the hemorrhage area. *************************************

Slippery Elm
The ‘Slippery’ part of Slippery Elm refers to the texture of the herb. This is because of the large mucilage content of Slippery Elm , which is also responsible for its wonderful healing and soothing action. In most herbal literature this is termed a ‘demulcent’ or an ’emollient’ agent, which means it is a soothing substance. It not only soothes and heals all that it comes into contact with, but is highly nutritious. Slippery Elm is a wholesome food for the weak and convalescent, from infants to the elder

Slippery Elm makes a wonderfully soothing and healing poultice , applied locally to the problem, for drawing out toxins, especially those associated with boils, spots or abscesses and can assist the removal of splinters.

Applied to wounds, burns and inflammation of any kind, Slippery Elm is soothing and helps heal, and reduce swelling and pain .

Internal Use:

  • Slippery Elm Bark can be used to help soothe many different types of digestive complaints, for example:
  • Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
  • Colitis and diverticulitis
  • Inflammation of the gut or colic
  • Can give instant relief to acid indigestion or ‘reflux’ (this is a common use for Slippery Elm)
  • Ulcers anywhere in the gut (stomach &intestines)
  • Diarrhea – especially if mixed with a banana and powdered Marshmallow · As a nutritive (a nourishing herb)
  • Slippery Elm powder is a great food for debilitated states, and as a baby food · It can also be useful for urinary infections – cystitis for example.
  • Traditionally, Slippery Elm bark is also reported to ease chest, lung and bronchial conditions

Activated Charcoal

Used as a healing agent and an antidote for poisoning. Also used for indigestion, gas, and bloating.

Activated charcoal taken as a powder is the most effective form of charcoal that can be used. The best method of use is to take the required spoonfuls of powder, place them in the bottom of a cup or glass, and add water while rapidly stirring the charcoal into the water, then drink it down, along with a second glass of water to include any residue .

Dosages: 1 tsp./8 oz. Glass-PURE Water (1-3 times/day) – General Health
1 tsp./8 oz. Glass-PURE Water (4-7 times/day) – General Illness (Flus, Colds)
1 tsp./8 oz. Glass-PURE Water (8-12 times/day) – Serious Illness

Can be used for treatment of wounds, ulcers, and bruises.Draws out infections and poisons:

Make a poultice by putting 1-2 tablespoons of charcoal powder in a container and adding just enough water to make a paste. Spread the paste on a paper towel, cloth, or piece of gauze cut to fit the area to be treated. Make sure the cloth is moist, warm, and thoroughly saturated with the paste.

Place it over the wound cloth-side down and cover it with a piece of plastic wrap or plastic bag cut to overlap the poultice by an inch on every side. Fix in place with adhesive tape.

Poultices should be changed every 6-10 hours. Do not put charcoal directly on broken skin, as it may cause a tattooing effect .

Colloidal Silver
Colloidal Silver is the only antibiotic known reportedly to kill all types of viruses, funguses and bacteria. Colloidal Silver is also the only antibiotic known to be perfectly harmless to all parts of the body. Whilst the liver and kidneys can be harmed by other antibiotics, Colloidal Silver promotes healing.

Water purification: Colloidal Silver is an excellent water purifier.

Water stored with one or two tablespoons of Colloidal Silver per 5 litres will be safe and sweet tasting for a very long time.

Water containing germ contaminants (not toxic chemicals) can be made drinkable by adding two to three tablespoons of Colloidal Silver per every 5 litres of water.

The Silver while purifying the water is also beneficial to the body, unlike the commercial tablets containing toxic chlorine bleach!

You can use the colloidal silver as the liquid medium for making your poultices and drawing clay packs.

TINCTURES IN KIT: LOBELIA-CAYENNE-VALERINA ROOT-ECHINACEA

Lobelia:
Lobelia has two main uses, first as an antispasmodic and second as a bronchial dilator and expectorant.

As an antispasmodic it is second to none and will relax the entire body and organs. It is also the greatest herb for problems with the lungs.

IT IS A STRONG BRONCHIAL DILATOR. It will get you breathing easily again.

It also will help you to expectorate material out of the lungs.

In American herbal history, from Samuel Thompson, one of the great 18th century herbalists, to Dr. John Christopher, Lobelia was an important healing plant. This is the only herb that Dr. Christopher devoted an entire chapter to in his herbal book.

Although currently in America the F.D.A. has cautioned us on using this plant, in Europe it is an important over the counter drug sold in many modern drug stores.

To begin with, alkaloids are one of the most powerful of all plant chemicals. Not all plants have them. Some have a few, but Lobelia ranks high, with 14 different alkaloids.

I am explaining this so you will understand that we know very little about this plant except that it is a powerful healer.

Cayenne:
There is so much to be said about Cayenne that this page could not contain all that should be said. SEE ABOVE DESCRIPTION ON CAYENNE USES. It is first aid for bleeding, strokes, heart attacks, anything to do with the circulation. If the problem is circulation or bleeding reach for the cayenne first. No one makes it to the floor with a mouthful of cayenne. Most doctors will tell you that it will burn a hole in your gut, the truth is it will heal the hole that is already there. The more you know about Cayenne the more you will praise this little hot herb. If you would like more information on Cayenne see the leaflet that came with your emergency herb kit.. Dosage: 2-4 dropperfuls (1/2-1tsp) 3-5 times daily has been found to be beneficial.

Valerian Root:
Uses: POWERFULVALERIAN is a Nervine, Sedative, Analgesic, and Antispasmodic.

If a Person has SEVERE INTERNAL PAIN, MENTAL STRAIN or an ADDICTION, you should:
1. Add an EQUAL amount of Lobelia Tincture to the Valerian Root Tincture (see above).
2. Give 5-60 drops 3-4 times daily.
3.Continue Treatment until the desired RESULTS are achieved

Valerian alleviates pain and helps promote sleep with no unpleasant side effects. Used for sleeping disorder, hysteria, anxiety and restlessness.

Echinacea:
Echinacea is one of the strongest immune simulators and enhancers known. It can double and triple the amount of T-cells and Macrophages in your bloodstream with in a few days. It can also increase the amount of Interferon, Interleukin, Immunogloblin and other important natural immune chemicals present in your blood. This is how Echinacea works, by boosting the number of immune cells and the amount of natural immune chemicals, then stimulating them into more activity.

The benefit of immune stimulation is a shorter duration of existing colds and flu and/or prevention of future infections. It also initiates and speeds up recovery from chronic and long-term immune-related depression illnesses, diseases and degeneration .

Echinacea can also be used to disinfect wounds before bandaging. Sometimes people apply echinacea to their skin to treat boils, abscesses, skin wounds, ulcers, burns, eczema, psoriasis, UV radiation skin damage, herpes simplex, bee stings, and hemorrhoids.

Echinacea is LIKELY SAFE for most people when used short-term. There is not enough information to know if echinacea is safe for long-term use. Some side effects have been reported such as fever, nausea, vomiting, unpleasant taste, stomach pain, diarrhea, sore throat, dry mouth, headache, numbness of the tongue, dizziness, insomnia, disorientation, and joint and muscle aches. Echinacea can cause allergic reactions, especially in people who are allergic to ragweed, mums, marigolds, or daisies. If you have allergies, be sure to check with your healthcare provider before taking echinacea.

Echinacea can increase the immune system. Taking echinacea along with some medications that decrease the immune system might decrease the effectiveness of medications that decrease the immune system. Some medications that decrease the immune system include azathioprine (Imuran), basiliximab (Simulect), cyclosporine (Neoral, Sandimmune), daclizumab (Zenapax), muromonab-CD3 (OKT3, Orthoclone OKT3), mycophenolate (CellCept), tacrolimus (FK506, Prograf), sirolimus (Rapamune), prednisone (Deltasone, Orasone), corticosteroids (glucocorticoids), and others.
