Apple Cider Vinegar Powder


Apple Cider Vinegar Powder can be used as a substitute for the liquid product in dry rubs, glazes and seasoning blends. To make a liquid apple cider vinegar, mix 1 part powder to 1.5 parts water.

Directions: To reconstitute to the approximate acid strength of 50 grain vinegar (5% acetic acid strength), blend 1 part Apple Cider Vinegar powder to 1.5 parts water (by weight).

Ingredients: Maltodextrin, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Modified Food Starch.
